Its square shade — brushed along the same direction as the base and rotary switch, maintaining formal continuity throughout — opens to reveal a cavity of reflective surfaces. When lit, these interact with the LED source beneath the translucent diffuser, producing a restrained, intimate glow suited to bedside reading or the corner of a living room.
